A great holiday cottage needs excellent housekeeping, not just cleaning, but bulbs and batteries checked, condition of the property checked and property left ready for guests arrival.

We have a huge variety for welcome packs, we highly recommend using our fresh items from local suppliers, including Bakewell Puddings, fresh local bread, Milk, ground coffee from Peak Bean and Derbyshire Tea!

Your bedding needs to be fresh, crisp and well ironed, whether it be our hired laundry or your own, let us take care of your laundry provisions. 

All properties need maintenance, from a lose toilet seat or freshening up the paint - we can help! 

 A sparkling clean hot tub can be the highlight of your guests' stay. Let us help you make every soak a delightful and hygienic experience!  Importantly - all our hot tub operatives are Qualified!

A garden needs regular maintenance, so our freindly gardening team are on hand for regular mowing, weeding and planting as you like. 

Some owners like a little help with guest managment, so we have several options, from full management to just being on call for your guests. 

If you self manage, then a holiday for yourself can be difficult! so let us step in and help whilst you are away. We will have in depth conversations before you go so we are prepared to assist your guests on your behalf.
